Part of the drive to set up our small business was to be able to support the charities that lie close to our hearts.
So far, since we started our business in September 2021, we are very proud to have raised an incredible £7008 for charities.
Thank you to everyone who has bought an ice cream, donated cash, or supported us in any way to help raise as much money as possible, especially to Doddington Dairy who frequently donate ice creams to help maximise profits.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that, thanks to the incredible generosity of the families and staff at the brilliant Famous 415 and the lovely people at Doddington Dairy who donated several boxes of ice cream, we raised an amazing £555.27 for Maggies at The Freeman Hospital.

Once again, the parents and cast of Famous 415 Theatre Group came up trumps. For their summer shows the group chose to raise funds for Diabetes UK and with the support of Doddington Diary, managed to raise £502.

We were thrilled to be invited back to St Mary's Catholic School, Benton for their production of Grease, and delighted to raise £584.85 for Macmillan Cancer Support through ice cream sales and donations. We were particularly pleased to be able to support two of our daughter's friends who were training for the Barcelona Marathon and raising money for Macmillan in memory of their much loved mams, who sadly died of cancer just before Christmas. Once again, we were overwhelmed with the generosity of friends and families of the school. Thank you!

Once again, we were overwhelmed by the generosity of friends and family of the fabulous Famous 415 at their Christmas Pantomine, as well as the lovely people at Doddington Dairy, who donated 72 ice cream tubs to the fundraising effort.

The Great North Run is always a special day. Again we parked our trike on the Westoe Crown estate in South Shields to raise money in memory of Lynn's cousin Ian who sadly died of cancer aged just 46. Despite the torential downpour, we managed to raise £54 for Macmillan Cancer Support. A special thanks to the residents of Westoe Crown who came out to support us and even brought us warm tea!

We were pleased to support Craghall Care Home's Summer Music Festival and to give 10% of all our sales to support their efforts to raise money for Silverline Memories Dementia Charity.

Once again, the summer show at Famous 415 did not disappoint and helped us raise £506 for charity. With donations and all profits from ice cream sales, supported by a generous donation from Doddington Dairy, we were thrilled to raise £506 for Trekstock, a charity that supports young adults with cancer.

During the Coronation weekend, our street party managed to raise £151 for Maggie's Centre for Cancer Care. Thanks to all of our neighbours who bought ice creams, gave donations, made and sold handcrafted glasswares and organised an amazing raffle. Special thanks to Etto, Yum Lush, Cake Stories, Jump and Glass by Christina for thier generous raffle prizes.

During the Friends of Gosforth Central Park's Easter Egg Hunt, we were delighted to raise just over £40 by donating 20% of all our sales to support their work and help to keep our park looking so beautiful .

We were delighted to be invited to bring the trike along to the St Mary's School musical once again to provide refreshements to the audience duing their incredible perfomance of West Side Story.
This year, the students chose to support the CAFOD Earth Quake Appeal to help support families Turkey and Syria.
We were absolutley thrilled to raise £1111 over the four nights from donations and profits from ice cream sales.

For the second year running, all profits from ice cream sales at the Famous 415 Christmas Pantomimes at Gosforth Civic Theatre were dontated to a local charity.
Together with very generous donations from Famous 415 families and friends, this raised an incredible £362 for Newcastle Westend Foodbank to help support people in crisis in our city.
Once again, profits were maximised due to the generous support of Doddington Diary.

At the end of The Great North Run, in my home town of South Shields, we parked our trike outside of my brother's house and we were delighted to raise £89 for MacMillan Cancer Care from ice cream and cake sales and donations.
The Summer Famous 415 shows at The Gosforth Civic Theatre saw more incredible generosity from families, performers and Doddington Dairy.
Profits from an ice cream sales and donations meant we were able to donate a phenomenal £465.28 to support the amazing work of St Oswald's Hospice, Gosforth.

A Rock Choir Concert was held at Trinity Church on Gosforth High Street in aid of Maggie's Centre for Cancer Care based at the Freeman Hospital.
Ice cream sales proved very popular on what turned out to be a very hot night and we were delighted to be able to donate our profits of £145.60 to the £3200 total raised.
June 2022
During the Queen's Jubilee we held our own street party. Our neighbours helped to raise £277.98 for The Children's Foundation at The RVI in memory of our neighbour, highly respected peadiatrician and much loved wife and mother, Dr Anne Dale. During the street party our neighbours created children's games, held a Guess the Weight of The Fruitcake competition and we donated all profits from ice cream sales. These along with generous donations raised a fantastic £277.98 for The Children's Foundation.

In order to help support the people of Ukraine in their time of need, all profits from ice cream sales during the intervals at St Mary's School Production of The Sound of Music were donated to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
We we were absolutey thrilled to raise an incredible £1273 from sales and very generous donations over the course of the four nights of the school show.
Special thanks go to the many sixth form students who jangled buckets to help us raise this amazing total.
