Allergen information is printed on each ice cream tub.
The ingredients of our home baked cakes is shown below as well as stickers on each cake package. We prepackage our cakes at home for hygiene.
Lemon Drizzle
Ingredients: Flour, caster sugar, butter (milk), egg, lemon, baking powder, granulated sugar
Allergens: Eggs, milk, cereals containing gluten. May also contain traces of nuts.
Victoria Sponge
Ingredients: Eggs, caster sugar, flour, baking powder, butter (milk), raspberry jam (sugar, raspberries, citric acid, pectins)

Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients: Flour, caster sugar, egg, butter (milk), chocolate chips (sugar, dried full cream (milk), cocoa butter, cocoa mass (acidity regulators: potassium carbonate, potassium hydroxide), vegetable oil (palm oil, sal oil, shea oil, mango kernel oil), soya lecithins, natural flavouring)

Mars Bar Crispy Cake
Ingredients: Butter (milk), golden syrup, Mars Bar, milk & white chocolate (sugar, glucose syrup, whole, skimmed & cream milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass (acidity regulators: potassium carbonate, potassium hydroxide), sunflower oil, milk fat, lactose (milk) and protein from whey(from milk), whey powder (milk), palm fat, fat reduced cocoa, barley malt extract, emulsifier (soy & sunflower lecithins), salt, egg white powder, milk protein, butter oil (milk), hazelnut paste, natural vanilla extract, may contain peanut), rice crispies (rice, sugar, barley malt extract, emulsifier: mono & diglycerides of fatty acids)
